Hola, soy Isela Martínez Cueto, consultora de negocios, coach ejecutiva, inversionista en bienes raíces y estratega patrimonial para la comunidad latina en Estados Unidos.
Como muchos latinos, sé lo que es enfrentarse a un sistema financiero que parece complicado, a reglas que nadie te explica bien y al miedo a equivocarte con tu crédito o al invertir en propiedades.
No soy agente de bienes raíces: soy inversionista. Compro propiedades para venderlas (fix & flip) y para mantenerlas en renta (buy & hold), y uso esa experiencia real en el mercado para guiar a mis clientes en sus propias decisiones.
Desde hace más de 5 años trabajo con latinos en todo Estados Unidos, ayudándoles a:
- mejorar su puntaje crediticio,
- salir del desorden financiero,
- invertir en bienes raíces (casas de renta, fix & flip, buy & hold) de forma estratégica,
- y diseñar un plan patrimonial a largo plazo.
A través de mis empresas SNF Professional Services LLC, SNF Professional Services y Sunshines Homes LLC, he creado un ecosistema de servicios que me permite acompañar a mis clientes desde el primer paso con su crédito hasta la remodelación, compra, venta y renta de propiedades.
Mi misión es clara:
Que más latinos en Estados Unidos entiendan el sistema financiero, dejen de tenerle miedo al crédito y puedan usar los bienes raíces como una herramienta real para construir riqueza y libertad.

Hi, I’m Isela Martínez Cueto, a business consultant, executive coach, real estate investor, and wealth strategist for the Latino community in the United States.
Like many Latinos, I know what it’s like to face a financial system that feels complicated, with rules no one clearly explains, and the fear of making mistakes with your credit or when investing in properties.
I’m not a real estate agent — I’m an investor. I buy properties to fix and flip and to buy and hold as rentals, and I use that real–world experience in the market to guide my clients in their own decisions.
For over 5 years, I’ve been working with Latinos across the United States, helping them:
- improve their credit score,
- get out of financial chaos,
- invest in real estate (rental properties, fix & flip, buy & hold) strategically,
- and design a long–term wealth plan.
Through my companies SNF Professional Services LLC, SNF Professional Services, and Sunshines Homes LLC, I’ve built an ecosystem of services that allows me to support my clients from the very first step with their credit all the way to remodeling, buying, selling, and renting properties.
My mission is clear:
