I’m Isela Martínez Cueto, a business consultant, real estate investor, and wealth strategist for the Latino community in the United States.

How the process works

Everything starts with a 1:1 consultation. In this session, we review your current situation: income, debt, credit score, financial history, properties (if any), and your short– and long–term goals. From there, I determine whether you qualify as one of my candidates to work with me in:

Real estate investing (rental properties, fix & flip, buy & hold)

If you qualify, we design a step–by–step plan for you. If it’s not the right time yet, I show you what you need to work on to get there.
